Our customers can expect to talk to trained, competent SolidWorks Certified Professionals at our helpdesk, to resolve any SolidWorks related software technical issues. As a part of our team, BEACON has chosen only the best of talent from various prestigious technical & management institutions in the country, who themselves possess domain expertise to support customers across various verticals of the manufacturing industry.

BEACON in partnership with HP, has invested in very high-end HP CAD/CAM WorkStations in our in-house facility. Customers who would other-wise have to invest in expensive infrastructure, are welcome to test their manufacturing designs at our facility with a prior appointment.
