Varakumar Siddavatam, is the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since incorporation i.e. January 7, 2011. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He has a work experience of around 25 years in building sales business in mechanical CAD and PLM industry_. He is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our Company and plays a key role in shaping its business strategy, growth and expansion initiatives. He focuses on strengthening key customer relationships and provides leadership and strategic direction to the Company’s senior management team and employees
Joseph Jerome, is the Promoter and Joint Managing Director of our Company and has been serving on the Board of Directors since incorporation i.e. January 7, 2011. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Branch) from Karnatak University, Dharwad and Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He has over 28 years of experience and is primarily responsible for sales, marketing and business development, including technology partner relationships, solution portfolio strategy, market development and key customer engagement.
Ramaswamy Arumuganainar, is the Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of our Company and has been serving on the Board of Directors since September 26, 2022. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Madurai Kamaraj University and Master of Engineering (Mechanical) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.. He has over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and engineering technology. He is responsible for the Company’s overall operations, technology and innovation initiatives and operational strategy, and plays a key role in driving solution development, digital transformation initiatives and customer delivery.
Mahesh Vidyasagar Lakshmanarao, is the Whole Time Director of our Company and has been serving on the Board of Directors since July 23, 2013. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Production) from Mysore University. He has an experience of over 20 years in the field of Engineering sector for high-end Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Enterprise Management software systems. Currently, he is responsible for Stimulation Products & Services, IT & Enterprise Product Implementations verticals including sales, business operations and customer engagement.
Anand Adhi, is the Whole Time Director & Chief Operating Officer of our Company and has been serving on the Board of Directors since July 23, 2013. He holds a Diploma in Tool and Die Making from Govt. Tool Room & Training Centre. He has over 23 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing technologies, with experience across CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, ERP, MES, Industry 4.0 and automation. He is responsible for business strategy and operational excellence and plays a key role in strengthening the Company’s engineering solutions, execution capabilities and long-term growth initiatives.
Sharada Kumari Siddavatam, is the is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of our Company and has been a Director on the Board of our Company since September 26, 2022. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Bangalore University. She has an experience of over 15 years in the field of Human Resource & Talent Acquisition. Further, before assuming the directorship in our Company she was employed as a Manager-Human Resource for more than 5 years in the Company, contributing to a total of around 9 years of professional experience within the organization. Currently, she is primarily responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, overseeing all HR functions, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and employee relations.
Ashish A Gothe is the Executive Vice president – West Operations of our company. He has been associated with the company since 2011. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Production) from Karnatak University, Dharwad. He has an experience of around 21 years of experience in sales management, business development, strategic planning and organizational leadership across engineering technology and software solutions. Currently, he is responsible for building high-performance teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across Western India
Anjan Sarkar is the Senior Vice president- Simulation Product & Services of our company. He has been associated with the company since 2020. He holds a degree in Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has an extensive experience of more than 19 years in the stimulation technologies, CFD, thermal engineering, digital engineering and strategic business development. Currently, he is responsible for expanding stimulation technology business.
Krishnan Kunnathur Rajan is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Bangalore University and also a law graduate. He is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is associated with the company since 2026. He has an experience of more than 35 years in the field of accounts & finance management. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in our Company with effect from September 5, 2026. He is currently responsible for overseeing the overall accounts and finance of our Company.
